° Prorrógase por cinco años más la vigencia de la Ley 136 de 1937 en el sentido de que la Nación seguirá contribuyendo, de 1947 a 1951, inclusive, con las partidas fijadas en dicha Ley, y bajo las disposiciones citadas allí, a los Fondos Acumulativos de las Universidades de Antioquia, Cauca, Cartagena y Nariño.
