Artículo octavo. El Revisor Departamental de Saneamiento actuará como Supervisor de las obras sanitarias que en desarrollo de este Decreto se hayan de adelantar de acuerdo con las especificaciones que para tal fin dicte la Sección de Saneamiento del Ministerio de Higiene. Llevará la relación semanal de obras construidas, material invertido y costo peculiar, que deberá enviar por conducto de la Dirección Departamental de Higiene a la Sección respectiva del Ministerio.
