Certificación de servicios prestados. Cualquiera que sea la cau­sa de terminación del contrato, el empleador deberá entregar a la gente de mar una certifi­cación que contenga la relación de sus servicios a bordo.

Requerimiento que se entiende cumplido con las anotaciones en la libreta de embarco aprobada, mediante Resolución número 00591 de 1982, proferida por la Dirección Gene­ral Marítima Portuaria, DIMAR, o la norma que la modifique o sustituya.
