La base del remate será el 70% del avalúo practicado, debiendo consignarse previamente, por quien tenga interés en la postura, el 10% del avalúo, porcentaje que se devolverá inmediatamente después de terminado el remate a los postores vencidos a que se imputará al valor de la subasta.
