°. Objeto. El fondo de desarrollo comunal tendrá por objeto prestar colaboración técnica y económica a sus organismos de integración y desarrollo de la comunidad, de acuerdo con los planes y programas que sean adoptados por el Gobierno, las normas de este Decreto y las iniciativas de la comunidad.
