°. Régimen de liquidación. Para efectos de la liquidación del Fondo Nacional de Regalías en liquidación, en los aspectos no contemplados por el presente decreto, se aplicará lo señalado en la Ley 489 de 1998, el Decreto-ley 254 de 2000, en la Ley 1105 de 2006, y el Decreto-ley 663 de 1993, en cuanto le resulte aplicable.
