Queda prohibido a los Magistrados de los Tribunales y a quienes desempeñen ante ellos las funciones de Agentes del Ministerio Público recibir sobresueldos, gastos de representación o gracia alguna de los Tesoros departamentales y municipales.

Tampoco podrán celebrar contrato alguno, directa ni indirectamente, con entidades de carácter oficial.
