Presupuesto de Caja . En concordancia con lo dispuesto en el artículo 75 de la Ley 1530 de 2012, los recursos que se encuentran en la cuenta única del Sistema General de Regalías, se podrán girar, independientemente del periodo fiscal a que correspondan, siempre y cuando, se cuente con apropiación presupuestal vigente al momento del giro.
