º Ciento ochenta días después de que este Decreto sea publicado en el Diario Oficial , sólo se permitirá la entrada a Colombia de material de propagación de plantas por los siguientes puertos y fronteras: Puerto Colombia, Buenaventura, Cartagena, Cúcuta e Ipiales. Cuando haya necesidad de importar material de propagación de plantas por lugares distintos de los señalados en el inciso anterior, el interesado .solicitará previamente el correspondiente permiso. Si el Ministerio de Industrias lo concediere, indicará al propio tiempo las autoridades o funcionarios que hayan de examinar la importación.
