ARTICULO 258 . Sanciones . El funcionario judicial podrá imponer a quien impida, obstaculice o no preste la colaboración para la realización de cualquier prueba durante la actuación procesal, una vez lo oiga en descargos, arresto inconmutable de uno (1) a treinta (30) días según la gravedad de la obstrucción y tomará las medidas conducentes para lograr la práctica inmediata de la prueba. La decisión será susceptible de recurso de reposición, resuelto el cual tendrá cumplimiento inmediato. CAPITULO II INSPECCION
