En todo lo que resulte procedente, respecto de las mercancías que ingresen en calidad de auxilios que se adquieran para ser destinados a las acciones de respuesta a la emergencia, la rehabilitación, reparación o reconstrucción de las áreas afectadas, se dará aplicación a lo establecido en el Decreto 1165 de 2019 y demás normas concordantes.
