Suspensión del pago de la Pensión. El pago de la pensión de invalidez se podrá suspender por parte de la Entidad Pensional, cuando el beneficiario en forma injustificada y comprobada, haya dejado de someterse a los exámenes médicos y/o a los tratamientos curativos de recuperación y readaptación.
