Hijos adoptivos. Los hijos adoptivos tendrán derecho a ser incluidos en la cobertura familiar desde el momento mismo de su entrega a los padres adoptantes por parte del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar o de alguna de las casas de adopción debidamente reconocidas por dicho Instituto. Para este efecto el Instituto o las casas de adopción deberán expedir certificación escrita al momento de la entrega.
