Si en cualquier mes del ejercicio del Director o Gerente, estimare justificadamente que total real entradas del año pueden ser inferior al total real de los gastos y obligaciones contraídas a la Junta o Consejo Directivo que tome las medida conducentes a reducir el programa de gastos o que se aplace la ejecución del total o parte de los gastos no indispensables para la buena marcha de la entidad.
