El presente Decreto rige a partir de su publicación, adiciona el artículo 2.1.2.1, modifica los artículos 2.2.4.1.2, 2.2.4.1.3, 2.2.4.1.4, 2.2.4.1.6 así como los Capítulos 2 y 3 del Título IV, de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 y los artículos 2.2.3.7.1, 2.2.3.7.2, 2.2.3.7.3, 2.2.3.7.4 y 2.2.3.7.6 del Decreto número 1069 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Justicia, y del Derecho.
