Lista de tripulantes y pasajeros. El Capitán de toda nave destinada al servicio de transporte marítimo de pasajeros, al momento de su arribo o zarpe, está obligado a presentar ante la Capitanía de Puerto respectiva la lista de la tripulación y de pasajeros.
