° Autorizase a la Superintendencia Bancaria para nombrar los Inspectores necesarios para vigilar el cumplimiento del presente Decreto, pudiendo crear los cargos y fijar las asignaciones correspondientes. La resolución del Superintendente Bancario deberá ser sometida a la aprobación del Ministro de Hacienda y crédito Público.
