Articulo 30. (Transitorio). A partir de la fecha de aprobación del presente Acuerdo y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1980, solamente podrá comprarse aguardiente Extra de la Industria Licorera del Norte de Santander hasta por la cantidad de sesenta mil (60.000) botellas de 750 c. C. Queda totalmente prohibido a la Secretaria de Hacienda efectuar compras de cualesquiera otros licores nacionales y extranjeros.
