Articulo 7º . Se entiende por comunidad organizada la que utiliza los bienes comunes para el establecimiento y explotación de una empresa comercial, industrial, agrícola o ganadera, y que ordinariamente tiene un administrador nombrado por los comuneros o por un juez. No existe comunidad organizada, cuando el aprovechamiento del bien común se hace personal e independientemente por cada uno de los comuneros, o mediante contratos de arrendamiento, aparcería, préstamo, comodato, deposito y otros análogos, celebrados por los comuneros entre si o con terceros.
