Sector Minero-Energético. a. Que estén sujetas a la vigilancia o al control que ejerce la Superintendencia de Sociedades conforme a lo previsto en los artículos 84 y 85 de la Ley 222 de 1995; b. Que conforme al objeto social señalado en su registro mercantil, la sociedad desarrolle actividades con relación al uso de energías y recursos naturales no renovables, tales como, energía eléctrica, minería, hidrocarburos, entre otros; c. Que a 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior, hubieren recibido ingresos totales iguales, o superiores a 4.337.502 UVB.
