Convocatoria. La Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil (CNSC) adoptará mediante acto administrativo la convocatoria a concurso para la provisión de las vacantes definitivas de las plantas de cargos docentes y de directivos docentes de las zonas rurales de los municipios que se prioricen de conformidad con lo establecido en la Sección 2 de este capítulo. Dicha convocatoria será la norma reguladora de todo el concurso y obliga a todas las partes que intervienen en el mismo.
