PRIMA DE ACTIVIDAD. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, en servicio activo, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual de actividad, que será equivalente al treinta y tres por ciento (33%) del respectivo sueldo básico.
