Art. 24. Los factores, interventores i fieles de almacenes prestaran las fianzas designadas en decreto separado, las cuales se otorgaran a satisfacción de la junta de hacienda de la respectiva provincia, i los testimonios de las escrituras se dirijirán por el Gobernador a la Dirección de la renta para que allí se conserven, quedando en la caja de la factoría una copia de ellos, autorizada por el mismo Gobernador i por el empleado que la prestó.
