° Los sueldos del personal que constituyen las Comandancias generales divisionarias de Zonas y Jefaturas militares serán incluidos en las libranzas que gire el Habilitado del Cuerpo en cuyo acantonamiento se hallen aquéllas, y en caso de que no haya Cuerpo en el lugar donde residan dichas Comandancias tal disposición será cumplida por el Habilitado del Batallón que se encuentre más cercano.
