º. Con el fin de facilitar las actividades de la Casa de Moneda de Bogotá, el Banco de la República, como Administrador de ésta, podrá efectuar al Gobierno Nacional anticipos sin interés en la cuenta de recaudos respectiva, que no afectan el cupo del Gobierno en dicho Banco, para los gastos que demande la citada Casa de Moneda.
