Tarifas en caso de conciliación. Cuando el proceso de arbitraje culmine por conciliación, se cancelará el monto establecido para los trámites conciliatorios.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.4.2.6.2.4. Fijación de honorarios y gastos. Fracasada en todo o en parte la conciliación, en la misma audiencia el tribunal fijará los honorarios y gastos mediante auto susceptible de recurso de reposición, que será resuelto inmediatamente.
