La Secretaría Técnica del Comité de que trata el artículo 5° del Decreto 1127 de 1994, modificado por el artículo 1° del Decreto 1049 de 1999, estará a cargo del Viceministro Técnico del Ministerio de la Protección Social. En los casos en que el Ministro delegue en el Viceministro Técnico la presidencia de este Comité, la Secretaría Técnica estará a cargo del Director de la Dirección General de Seguridad Económica y Pensiones.
