Los convenios docente-asistenciales que se encuentren en ejecución al entrar en vigencia el presente Decreto, deberán ajustarse al mismo, en un término de seis (6) meses. Los convenios nuevos o sus prórrogas deberán efectuarse con sujeción a lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto.
