COMPETENTE PARA DECIDIR. De los impedimentos y recusaciones de quien sea competente para juzgar, conocerá y decidirá su inmediato superior. De los demás colaboradores, el respectivo comandante de departamento, director de escuela o jefe de organismos. En caso de prosperar el incidente, la autoridad que lo conoció, reemplazará al impedido o recusado. CAPITULOIV. DE LAS NULIDADES.
