Ley 915 de 2004 · por la cual se dicta el Estatuto Fronterizo para el Desarrollo Económico y Social del departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina.

Al Puerto Libre de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina podrán ingresar indistintamente de su origen toda clase de vehículos automotores tractores, velocípedos, motocicletas y demás vehículos terrestres aéreos o marítimos.

Parágrafo

Se podrá realizar el registro inicial de vehículos ante el organismo de tránsito departamental de modelos que no tengan más de cinco (5) años de fabricados.

Parágrafo Transitorio

Se podrá, igualmente, realizar el registro inicial de aquellos vehículos que a 30 de abril de 2004 se encuentren en el territorio departamental siempre y cuando correspondan a los modelos de los años 1998 y siguientes y cumplan con los requisitos establecidos por el departamento Archipiélago.
