Escrutinios del Distrito Capital. La Comisión Escrutadora del Distrito Capital practicará los escrutinios de los votos por el Distrito Capital para Concejo Distrital, declarará la elección y expedirá las correspondientes credenciales.

Las Comisiones Escrutadoras Auxiliares del Distrito Capital practicarán el escrutinio de los votos para miembros de Juntas Administradoras Locales, declararán la elección de Ediles y expedirán las correspondientes credenciales.
