Los empleos de la Fiscalía General de la Nación conservarán el porcentaje de la remuneración mensual que tiene el carácter de gastos de representación fijados en las normas vigentes que regulan la materia. Dicho porcentaje se aplicará a la remuneración mensual excluyendo las primas establecidas en los artículos siguientes.
