ARTICULO 2.3.1.52.- SORTEOS. El sorteo de los bonos se efectuará en presencia del gerente de la sociedad emisora, del representante legal de los tenedores de bonos y del funcionario que se designe como observador por la Superintendencia de Valores, si concurriere, quienes levantarán el acta correspondiente en la cual se dejará constancia del número, valor y serie de los títulos favorecidos en el sorteo. El acta deberá quedar en poder del representante de los tenedores de bonos, a fin de que expida a éstos las copias que le soliciten.
