Investigación nacional . Los laboratorios homeopáticos nacionales podrán adelantar investigación a nivel nacional para efecto de la obtención de tinturas o cepas elaboradas a partir de plantas medicinales aceptadas en el país con el objeto de realizar la preparación de medicamentos homeopáticos, siempre y cuando, presenten los protocolos de investigación y las fichas técnicas de los productos a la Comisión Revisora del Instituto Nación de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, con el fin de autorizar la investigación previo concepto favorable. Los protocolos de investigación deberán ajustarse a lo establecido en la normatividad vigente sobre el particular.
