El Fondo “Álvaro Ulcué Chocué” corresponde a una política pública de Estado para la promoción de la educación superior de los miembros de las comunidades indígenas, y como fondo vinculado al Ministerio de Educación Nacional, administrado por el Instituto Colombiano de Crédito Educativo y Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior (Icetex).
