Art. 33. El alumno cuyas faltas de asistencia ó de leccion, completando las de todas las clases en que se hubiere matriculado y en las cuales hubiere presentado exámen y certámen, no alcanzaren á diez, y que ademas no tenga nota alguna de mala conducta y haya sido aprobado en todas sus clases, en los exámenes, tiene derecho á un premio de primera clase en ese mismo año.
