En el evento de que la Empresa Social del Estado se encuentre ejecutando un Programa de Saneamiento Fiscal y Financiero y/o un Acuerdo de Reestructuración de Pasivos, las decisiones de la Junta de la Empresa Social del Estado del nivel territorial en materia fiscal y financiera, requieren el voto favorable y expreso del Gobernador o Alcalde, o su respectivo delegado, según el caso.

Decreto 1141 de 2013 · por el cual se determinan los parámetros generales de viabilidad, monitoreo, seguimiento y evaluación de los Programas de Saneamiento Fiscal y Financiero que deben adoptar las Empresas Sociales del Estado del nivel territorial, categorizadas en riesgo medio o alto y se dictan otras disposiciones.
