Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el artículo anterior, durante la suspensión de los artículos 78 y transitorios 1º y 2º de la Ley 938 de 2004 , la Fiscalía realizará una permanente evaluación de la implementación del sistema penal oral acusatorio con el objeto de definir la planta de personal requerida.
