Articulo vigésimosegundo. El Comité Consultivo estará integrado' por: El Jefe de la División de Divulgación Cultural, quien lo presidirá; El Director del Teatro Colón; El Director del Conservatorio Nacional de Música; El Director de la Orquesta Sinfónica de Colombia; El Director de la Escuela de Arte Dramático, y Un miembro nombrado por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.

Parágrafo

El Comité deberá reunirse ordinariamente una vez al mes, y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocado por su Presidente.
