Artículo 25.- INVERSIONES.

Las compañías de financiamiento comercial podrán invertir en acciones de sociedades anónimas inscritas en bolsa de valores o de entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria.

La inversión en sociedades anónimas inscritas en bolsa y en entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria, diferentes de establecimientos de crédito y sociedades de servicios financieros, no podrá exceder del diez por ciento (10%) de su capital y reservas patrimoniales. La inversión en sociedades de servicios financieros se sujetará al límite consagrado en la letra b. del numeral 1. del artículo 119 del presente Estatuto.
