ARTICULO 2.1.3.1.15 REMUNERACION DEL FIDUCIARIO. Las instituciones fiduciarias que administren fondos comunes de inversión sólo podrán percibir por su gestión la remuneración que expresamente se estipule en los contratos. En todo caso, no se podrá establecer formas de remuneración que contravengan lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.1.3.1.9. de este estatuto.
