Art. 5º. Además de los gastos que son de cargo de los Departamentos según el artículo 1º de la ley 48 de 1887 , serán también de su cargo los que ocasionan las Oficinas de Registro, los correos del servicio especial de los Departamentos, las impresiones oficiales, la conducción de presos, inclusive los rematados, hasta ser entregados en los establecimientos de castigo y todos los que sean accesorios á los asuntos especiales de los Departamentos.
