Art. 139. La diligencia de visita se extenderá por duplicado, una en un libro que está obligado á llevar el responsable, y otra en un libro que llevará precisamente el Visitador; y serán suscritas por ambos funcionarios y por el Secretario del Visitador, si lo tuviere, ó en su defecto por uno ó dos testigos, que podrán ser de la misma oficina.
