º Informe sobre la comisión de una falta. Los funcionarios que tuvieren conocimiento o recibieren queja o información de la posible comisión de una infracción disciplinaria, deberán dar aviso a la dependencia o funcionario competente en forma inmediata, suministrando los documentos y la mayor información posible, para que se adelante la investigación administrativa si fuere el caso. La omisión de esta obligación constituye falta grave.
