º Requisitos del recurso de reconsideración. El recurso de reconsideración a que se refiere el presente Decreto, deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos

Interponerse por escrito dentro del término previsto, personalmente por el interesado mediante apoderado debidamente acreditado.

Indicar el nombre, identificación y la dirección del recurrente.

Expresión concreta de los motivos de inconformidad.

Solicitud de práctica de pruebas y relación de las que pretenda hacer valer.

Acreditar el pago o el cumplimiento de lo que el recurrente reconoce deber.
