De conformidad con el Artículo 42 de la Ley 75 de 1968, habrá lugar a poner fin al proceso por los trámites del Artículo 153 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, solamente en el caso de desistimiento por parte del querellante, y una vez que el sindicado haya dado pleno cumplimiento a sus obligaciones durante el lapso señalado por el juez.
