º . Condiciones. Las personas designadas en el exterior en cargos de Carrera Diplomática y Consular que por no pertenecer a dicha Carrera Diplomática y Consular, sean nombrados en provisionalidad, deberán cumplir como mínimo las condiciones contempladas en el artículo 61 del Decreto 1181 de 1999.

Parágrafo

En todo caso en el que se nombrare en cargos de Carrera Diplomática y Consular a personas no pertenecientes a dicha Carrera, aplicará la regulación sobre provisionalidad contenida en el Decreto 1181 de 1999.
