Art 14. Las herramientas para la conservación de los caminos nacionales serán suministradas por el Gobierno Nacional, por el conducto del Ministerio de obras Públicas, el que hará las remesas de ellas a los Jefes de Tráfico para que estos hagan la distribución del caso. De estas herramientas se hará un inventario mensual por trayectos, del cual debe enviarse una copia a principios del mes siguiente al Ministerio de Obras públicas.
