Art. 1° Apruébase el Decreto del Sr. Jefe Civil y Militar del Departamento de Santander, por el cual aumenta en un cincuenta por ciento los sueldos de los Jefes, Oficiales, individuos de tropa y empleados administrativos del Ejército en la Provincia de Cúcuta. Este aumento se computará sobre el sueldo que les estaba asignado por la Ley 39 de 1896.
