Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto crear e implementar mecanismos y disposiciones especiales para la gestión catastral multipropósito en territorios y territorialidades de los pueblos indígenas con el fin de preservar el ordenamiento natural, proveer insumos para el ordenamiento territorial propio, la seguridad jurídica de sus territorios y la protección de su integridad física y cultural; de conformidad con el pluralismo jurídico, la Constitución Política de Colombia, el bloque constitucional, el Acuerdo Final de Paz, la jurisprudencia y normas concordantes.
